Purpose and Mission of the Company:
We
are a private equity firm, focusing on the development of new green
self-storage facilities located in high growth areas in Texas and other
southern states.
Our mandate is to produce outsized returns while participating actively
in the new Green economy.
We plan to invest in 10 new facilities in the next 5 years. In 2009 our
primary focus will be to build two new facilities on land already
acquired.
