The Answer
Last week I read the new book, "The Answer",
from John Assaraf--the guy in the movie The Secret
who found his old dream board, and
saw on it the exact house he is now living in.
Not another similar house. The exact house that
was featured in a magazine and that he cut out
5 years before to glue it on his dream board!
Pretty impressive how the law of attraction works.
I loved the book. I devoured it. If you want to use the law of
attraction in business, this book is The Answer!
As you know me, it is very rare that I actually talk
about a book here in my newsletter, but this book
triggered a lot of questions and triggered a lot
of insight that I will share with you in the next
newsletters.
If you wonder what is the question the book is
answering, here it is:
How can one person create an extraordinary business
leading to both financial freedom and
personal fulfillment--using the law of attraction
and fundamental business knowledge?
--Even if you are not interested in business creation,
the tips and techniques we will discuss, apply to
all creations...so read on--

The answer resides, according to Assaraf,
in two complementary, and absolutely necessary steps:
1st the inner work:
- defining your vision--what you want to create
- then changing your beliefs and your unconscious
programming to fit your vision.
2nd the outer work:
- taking actions that are guided by core, fundamental
principles of what an extraordinary
business requires.
In some way it is not new information. However, the
power of this book is that it simplifies, summarizes, and clarifies
exactly the MIMIMUM inner and outer work needed to
create such a level of success.
It is also fascinating to realize how very successful business
people do spend time and conscious energy to transform
their thinking process, knowing that it is core to their
success.
It is no luck here that John has created several billion
dollar businesses.
I remember listening to the billionaire Bill Bartman, whom
also shared his mental reconditioning technique with us.
If you think that reaching such a level of success can
be achieved without mental focus and conscious
management of beliefs, think again.

So, let's look at John's program, and I'll
give you my feedback on the powerful tweakings that
can improve even more the effectiveness and speed
of his "reconditioning" program.
John talks about reconditioning as he explains how
the brain works and how the unconscious mind is the one
that leads us to success or failure.
The conscious mind can set a goal and clarify a vision
but the long term actions necessary to reach that vision
is dependent on what you believe and your habits that are
stored in your unconscious mind.
There is no other way, if you want to reach a new level
of success, according to Assaraf, than change your beliefs
and set your success "thermostat" to a higher level
of success.
So, how does he do that?
First, you need a crystal clear vision of what you want.
But, what if you don't know what you want and the exact
business you want to be in? --John didn't address this
question, but no problem, I have adapted the questions
to help you clarify what you want.
Here are the first questions you will want to think about
this week:
1- What does success look like to me?
2- What is it I love to do that lies at the heart of my
dream business?
(Or for those not interested in business: what do
I love to do in relation to my creation. ex: what is
it that I love to do in the perfect relationship,...)
3- My dream business is a vehicle that allows me to do:
(having the perfect....would allow me to ....)
4- What feelings do I want to experience as a result
of my dream business?
(what feelings do I want to experience as a result of
my dream relationship/......)
Because of my dream business, I get to feel:
(because of my dream...........:
I get to feel............
I get to see.............
I get to hear...........)
Because of my dream business, I arrive at the
end of every day feeling?
(Because of my dream ..........., I arrive at the
end of the day feeling....)
You are beginning to define your vision, spend
time this week answering these questions. Without
a crystal clear vision you cannot focus your attention and
thoughts powerfully enough to attract an extraordinary.....
