Ask and Listen...
"I am first and foremost infinite intelligence.
I am first and foremost infinite intelligence."
I woke up last Sunday with that mantra in mind.
I think this is a thought that I never integrated fully...
even though I might have heard it thousands of times listening to
the Abraham-Hicks material.
But I let it slide through my brain without really
feeling the deep implications it has.
"I am first and foremost infinite intelligence."
In the Avatar intensive seminars I did in the early 90's,
I experienced being source energy. The feeling of oness with
everything; and with it an incredible ecstasy.
But life took over and I forgot.
And when I remembered, I forgot again...
until last week, when I made an interesting creation.
I want to become a Real Estate intuitive!
"What is this" you might ask?
Well, I am just beginning to define my
creation, so I'll let you know when I have some
experience of it.
As I was reading the Abraham-Hicks calendar
(yes the same one I read last week)
I was reminded that we are first and foremost
Source energy, Inner Being, Innate Wisdom, infinite
intelligence.
The words "infinite intelligence" suddenly
resonated loud and clear in my mind.
It is a simple concept that I am able to grasp.
"Each of you are already receiving communication
from your Inner Being in the form of emotion, but
you can receive much more detailed information if you
are wanting to." AH
Abraham would like us
to reconnect with that larger part of us which
has infinite knowledge so that we benefit from
its guidance and enjoy life even more.
The reason we are here, after all, is to create and have fun!
"But how do I get guidance?"
This was the question I had.
And I had to remind myself that I already use my
guidance everytime I give a Bodytalk session.
(I practice BodyTalk, which is a body/mind approach
that I use in my manifestation coaching sessions).
I get information across time, across space, anytime, anyplace. It
doesn't matter! I remember helping someone in a
hospital thousands of miles away... and getting
immediate results.
The recipe is extremely simple. Too simple for our
mind which enjoys and values complexity.
Everyone can do it as we are all infinite intelligence
in a physical body!
All I do is quiet my mind then ask a question,
KNOWING that I will get the answer, EXPECTING it
as I LISTEN for it.
The most difficult work is to believe that you do receive
an immediate answer to every question every time you ask.
The next belief that can block you is that you may
not feel worthy of it. This is a biggy in our society!
Actually reading Abraham-Hicks say that they
want us to connect and use this guidance has helped
me a lot. It is releasing the last bit of resistance I
had to ask everything I want to know in every domain
I am interested in.
Then, after asking, it is just about listening; because as soon as you
ask, it is given. The answer is available for you. Immediately!
Listening, however, is not merely a mental exercise. It is actually the
oposite.
Focus on your body; on the emotions you are feeling; on the sensations you
are getting.
Do not focus on your mind, but on your body!
Remember, Source energy communicates with you through
your emotions.
I usually ask 'Yes' and 'No' questions so the answer is easy
to listen to. 'Yes' for me feels like a miniscule shoot of adrenaline.
It feels great! It feels good.
A 'No' feels flat.
As I was walking in the neighborhood this morning, having
quieted my mind, I asked a question about a house for sale:
"Is this house for sale because the owner has financial trouble?"
I got no sign at all. Nothing in my body changed. I felt kind of
disapointed. Then, I remembered, "No" gives me a flat feeling.
Then I asked another question: "Is this house for sale because
the owner needs to move for his work?"
And then the answer was clear: I felt good, exhilarated, a flow of
energy going through me, a joyful feeling. I breathed deeper.
I had an answer! Thank you my inner being!
Since the signal is very light, you must be
quiet, at peace, listening to your body. If your mind is
busy thinking, you will not notice.
You can ask any question!
So begin asking today!
You are infinite intelligence, first and foremost!
You have access to all information that exists, in the present,
past and future. Source knows everything and everyone in this universe and
beyond.
There are no limits.
Just ask... then listen!
