When Things Don't Go So Well
Sometimes life throws you a curve...
and the more important thing is to know how to take it,
and turn it into a wonderful, even joyful experience...
in the end!
I was in France last week and had a wonderful time.
One day before coming back Eric, my husband,
locked the car keys in the rental car!
He was parked miles away from our "home" just in front of
a farm -- one of these farms that rent rooms for the summer.
He had two choices:
1- rage, scream f words for hours and kick himself and the car door too, or
2- relax, trust, and enjoy the moment with the wonderful people
who had rented the farm for the week.
He did the latter. I came and joined him. We had a wonderful
time.
They helped him so much: they fed him, it was noon...he had just
biked for three hours and was hungry. They served coffee, got their
computer out and looked on the internet for a garage
in the area, and helped by trying to open the door. They did a little
damage to the paint, but overall, not too badly.
Finally a specialist came and opened the door.
When I arrived, I was stunned by the people I met in this
place. It was a familly of 19 people! Brothers, sisters, kids, etc...
What totally got me was that when I arrived, one men of the group was
getting a massage by another person of the family.
When I told them what I was doing in Houston, I was told that
they already knew: EFT, The Secret, and massage therapy...the entire
family was in harmony. It was just like a miracle.
We were welcomed by the most incredible family I have ever met.
Several healers; men open to healing and massage...very intelligent
people, and so loving and welcoming.
We even came back that evening to visit and talk some more.
I felt I had met my soul mate in terms of healer: Isabelle.
I wanted to hear from her, her techniques, and she wanted to
know more from me. We talked for hours. The five women of the
family, three generations, were sitting around me in the garden,
listening to my explanations of BodyTalk...
I listened to Isabelle who heals souls. She is gifted and gets
messages through automatic writing. We had so much to talk
about...so we will call each other, then cooperate in our therapy.
We will help each other.
The universe gave me the most incredible gift. I was not even
dreaming of finding a French healer who I could connect with
at this level. I wanted to come back and teach every year in
France, well, with Isabelle, we are thinking we could organize
seminars together...
So locking his keys in the car could have been a disaster, but
it turned out to be the only way the universe could find to make me
meet Isabelle...
There is always a gift behind a seemingly disaster. All you need is
stay open, control your thoughts, look for the positive, and you will
find the gift.
Sometimes the gift is more hidden, it is the sharpenning, the clarification
of your desire.,...so that what you create next is
much more satisfying and enjoyable, more clearly in alignment with
your true heart's desire.
When life throws you a curve, stay focused on feeling as good as
you can, look for the gift, you will find it...now, or later.
