How to Develop Your Transcendent Will: Exercise 1

As I am reading the book "Conversation with Seth" I got a few nuggets
of gold in the book: Seth was channeled by Jane in the 1970's
and talked about the same principles as Abraham talks about
today through Esther.

We have unlimited freedom and creativity, Seth explains in the book,
and we are not really using them at all.

What does freedom and creativity have to do with the
transcendent will you may ask.

Well when you think about it, Seth was talking about
the same thing: We have the freedom to create what
we want to create. We have the freedom to decide
and in this freedom we create new things.

So, Freedom and creativity are at the core of who we are.

But have you noticed how automatic your actions, thoughts
and emotions are?

You may not even have noticed. It feels natural, it seems normal.
We live in a state of hypnosis where 99% of our thoughts, actions,
and emotions are on automatic.

I am not kidding. I am going to prove it to you in a few minutes.

The four wills we talked about in the last newsletters:
instinctive, emotional, mental, and self-determined are all
motivated by past events, traumas, memories, and beliefs.

In a word, the past is creating your present actions, emotions,
and thoughts!

When this is the case, we are not using our Freedom and creativity
as Source beings--like Seth was explaining.

So, let's explore how to develop our ability to become deliberate creators.

For that we need to awaken our transcendent will:

This level of will comes from your Source energy: When you
align with your Source you create from Void!
You create and decide from nothing!
There is no past event which affects your decision.
There is no one, no precedent conditioning that is at the
core of your decision, nothing!

Just you! FREELY DECIDING what you want to think, do, or feel,
and ultimately what you want to create!!!

Imagine the FREEDOM and CREATIVITY we actually have as source being!
It is mind blowing :)

It is unlimited.

We are here, like Abraham-Hicks says, to have fun! We are totally,
100% free beings who are at the cutting edge of thoughts. We came
here to create, to expand the experience of the universe!

How powerful is that!

The problem is that most of us have a hard time really
chosing our thoughts, actions, and emotions.

We are thinking on automatic! And this is why one needs to
develop the transcendent will to have the power to
change and shift our thoughts--at will. :)

The exercise I have in stock for you today will do just that.

At first it may be uncomfortable as we are not used
to exercising our transcendental will muscle :)

Having a coach is useful for this exercise, but you can do it by yourself too.

Goal: Observe the will in action. Feel how it feels to decide
something and then do it instead of operating unconsciously;
and most importantly, develop your "will muscle".

The more you do this exercise, the more you will develop and
re-awaken your will.

The goal is not for you to control any and every thing you do
in your life, it would be impossible, unpractical, and unnecessary.

However, what you need is to have access to that level of will when
you want to create something specific and your automatic thoughts,
emotions, and behaviors are getting in the way.

If you have a pattern of behavior that you want to handle and regain
control over, this is the exercise that will help you.

There is another version of this exercise for mental habits that
I will explain in a later newsletter.

Instructions: (from the Basic Will Course- Avatar Mini-course):
- Do 5 minutes at a time
- Start sitting or standing quietly
- You make a DECISION to move, feel, or think BEFORE DOING IT!
- You can state it loudly or just think your decision.
- Then you actually do what you decided to do.

Example: You say "I am going to stand up", then you stand up.

Now this seems pretty simple...but beware!

When you notice a movement you did that you did NOT consciously
decide, you then STOP and make THE DECISION to do the same movement
but this time DELIBERATELY and consciously!

Example: You stand up, but at the same time you put your hands
in your pocket. Stop. Take your hands off your pockets.
Decide: I am going to put my hands in my pockets.
Now do it deliberately.

....and keep making decisions and doing what you said you would do.

This exercise seems so simple! Your ego is going to tell
you its not even worth trying. Don't listen. You are going to be
dumbfounded to find out how hard it can be, and how unconscious
you are most of the time!

Also just by doing this exercise you are GROWING your
transcendent will!

It is actually a very powerful exercise that will bring your
habits to a stop!
I will explain how to use this exercise next week to dissolve
negative habits and even worries--mental habits.

So, enjoy DECIDING for a few minutes this week!

You are on your path to being the total creator of your life!
