Neutralize Hatred for Better Vibes
The theme of the week in my office seemed to center
around
the relationship between our internal world and the one we
perceive externally.
Several people presented with the same issue: They hated someone
and needed relief. All were aware of how this feeling conflicted with
their own self-image.
One person told me, "My life is flowing but I have these
hateful thoughts constantly recurring in my mind. How can I
stop this?"
My client JJ harbored a deeply visceral hatred for a close relative.
She just couldn't shake it by herself.
We began using the Q-Word (explained in my e-book: M-Power),
and this relaxed her a little.
Enough for me to switch techniques. Then I asked her to describe
the events from which these feelings of hatred toward the
relative had entered her mind.
Before she even began, she had to hold the "positive points",
located on the forehead. These are very powerful neurolymphatic
reflex points that bring more blood into the frontal lobe...
the area of insight and non-judgment... away from the limbic brain
where emotions are dominant.
I then asked her to describe the event without any judgment. Anyone
can do this by strictly sticking to the facts.
"I saw her bang her fist against the door; I heard her shouting
obscenities..." she said.
I had asked her not use any judgmental words, so I asked that
she change the last statement into: "I heard a loud noise coming
out of her mouth." Much more neutral, but still a true statement!
"Staying the course" by simply recalling the facts accomplishes a
great deal. A little like a machine, just observe the situation.
Imply nothing... assume nothing; just recall the event as history.
I know this is difficult. Our ego wants to jump in and feel righteous.
So forget about your ego. Just reflect on what your senses recorded:
sounds, sights, movements, sensations of the skin...
Nothing else!
My client repeated this exercise a few times while mentally reliving
the event, and she began to relax and recognize the incident for what
it truly was: just a moment in time... just an experience.
By then, JJ was able to listen to my new description of the person.
I saw her as sad and mentally ill. Not knowing how to change herself,
she felt stuck in her diseased body and was just doing the best she could.
We then proceeded to implement BodyTalk, a fully holistic approach
to dissolve the body/energetic memories and the effect these
memories had exerted on her life.
JJ felt relieved when she left my office.
I received a call during the week. Something of a miracle had
happened:
Two days after our session, the person that she had been
hating for so long had approached her apologetically and asked
forgiveness for her erratic behavior, explaining that she was on
medication and having difficulty finding her balance. She felt ashamed
of her behavior.
JJ was astonished, but she felt wonderful and the negative
feelings have totally vanished!
When her inner world changed, her outer world reflected the change
almost immediately!
If you have strong feelings for someone and those feelings are not as
positive or loving as you would like them to be, look inside yourself.
Clear yourself of these feelings; change the way you see the person, and
your world will begin reflect the changes!
Remember: your outer world is simply a reflection of your inner one!
