"Look for Peace in a Pizza"

This week a client, who came for a session, was convinced that she could never find peace because of the way someone in her life acted.

Another client was looking for peace by trying to convince others that her
husband was doing wrong things. This only made her feel more and more upset.
The sad fact is that she was creating more and more of what she didn't want!

We have been trained to value the intellect and the 'understanding' of
facts. As a result, we tend to think that peace cannot be attained unless we figure out some way to get it...
unless we can first understand everything necessary to live in peace. What a sad world we would find ourselves in if peace was dependent upon other people or our own understanding!

Righteousness does not bring you peace.

Understanding does not bring you peace.

The mind is not where you find peace. In fact, the mind is the worst place to look for it. The reason for this is that once you focus your mind on a subject, trying to find or understand it, the mind will only bring you more thoughts of the same frequency. Rather than getting closer to finding peace, you will be caught up in the quest for it, attracting thoughts that confirm your fears, your doubts, and your vision of reality.

Remember, there is no reality out there other than the one you believe. Therefore, when you look closer and closer at a subject, you will only attract more and more of what you believe. If you focus on your confusion, you become increasingly confused.

If you focus on how right you are and how wrong someone else is, you become increasingly vindicated in your opinion; if you are unsettled over situations you find yourself in, your world becomes increasingly disturbed.

What's more, you attract more and more events, people, and situations that resonate with these thoughts.

But, of course, if you know how to direct your mind and focus on what you want,
then you are creating your best reality and living a joyful life.

Beware the power of your mind. The thoughts you entertain can create a magnet which is
so powerful that you keep attracting the same thoughts over and over again. No matter how desperately you desire to get off the runaway merry-go-round, you will increasingly
feel powerless to do so.

Listen. I am teling you how you can break through and stop the madness of the machine.

It is not difficult, so long as you realize that the reality is that peace is the natural state of your inner being. What is natural is easier to achieve than what is not. You are flooded inside with a sense of peace and well-being on a constant basis. It is like a never ending river flowing through you. Peace is available to you in every situation.

You may ask, "But if this is the case, why don't I feel it?"

Well, your focus of attention brings vibrations in your body that are cancelling out the vibrations of peace.

To "feel it", you need to emit the same vibrations; you need to vibrate in sync with the peace inside of you.

Unfortunately, I have noticed that very few people know how to do so. And many are not even aware of this flow of well-being. Ironically, when they do feel wonderful, they don't realize that this is their natural state of being; they do not know that this feeling
is available to them anytime, no matter what happens in their lives.

Did you get that? Peace is available to you right now, no matter what you are presently going through!

You may think that it takes a lot of time and practice to get to that desired place of peace. But the good news is that it is available to you instantly. And I am going to tell you how.

I have practiced the following exercise for years and it always works. It always brings me back to source, and to this delicious feeling that everything is all right... even in the worst moments of my life.

For some it takes seconds. For others, it takes some time to develop their ability to
feel (Many have shut it down completely). Everyone is unique, but no matter where you are on this path, this is the most valuable exercise I have ever found.

So do not stop until you experience this peace!

This exercise will allow you to connect with your source energy at will. Anytime. Anyplace.

And nothing in the world is more valuable than that.

Remember, first of all, that you are surrounded by consciousness in different forms. Look at the trees, the flowers, the animals... even look at your desk, your glass of water. Everything is vibrating. There is peace.

None of the objects or animals want to disturb the flow of their vibration.

Logically, then, there is no better way to shift your vibrations quickly and to get your body in sync with the peace of your inner being than to begin focusing your attention on peaceful things: on objects and animals that you find around you. You can tap into
THEIR peace in order to reconnect with the peace that is flowing always right inside of YOU!

Like a musical instrument, the beautiful sound of a 'C' is always available to you; you just have to make the string vibrate at the 'C'orrect frequency.

So let's do it now!

1- Pick an object around you. A slice of pizza, a pen, anything.

2- Observe it. Get a sense of its shape. Quiet your mind. Avoid thinking of the object as "dog" or "paper",
but rather look at it as if you had never seen it before, from the eyes of a child, being in the present moment.

3- Ask yourself, "How would it feel to be this object? --to have this shape and weight?"
Allow your imagination to help you 'slip into the object' and sense what it would feel like 'to be that object'. The more you let go of your own sense of self and focus your full attention into the object instead, the better you will feel it!

4- Once you have a sense of its physical shape (very light, don't expect
something big here) then feel how peaceful this object is.

You may also feel how the object, plant, animal is totally letting go. They 'go with the flow', experiencing a total lack of resistance to anything that happens, instantly accepting what is, sensing that 'Everything is all right" .

5- Shift from object to object until your mind is totally quiet and you feel well.

When you resonate with the feeling of peace, you will get a sense of relief
in your own body, breathing deeper, feeling good. This is when you have released the tension produced by your mind and you begin to vibrate in sync with your own source energy!

You will realize that nothing has changed in your physical world, but that you feel at peace regardless!

"Everything is always all right!"

Peace is available to you without any conditions once you quiet your mind and, instead of thinking, start feeling!

Peace is always available to you... so begin feeling good.

There is only one thing necessary for you to know or understand.

And that is this: There is nothing necessary for you to know or understand!

Start now. Look for that "peace" of pizza!

Warmly,
Colette
