The Secret Ingredient of Creation
This week I had a big 'Ah ha!' moment. I had been
reading a book 'Busting Lose from the Money
Game' and was reminded of the secret ingredient of creation that is too
often not talked
about.
As I got out of bed to write down the creation recipe I felt like a
physicist finding the Unified Theory.
I found the missing link, the glue that sticks all the ingredients together
and creates our reality.
Most everyone by now has heard about the power of beliefs... that beliefs
create our reality.
But, in fact, this is not true! Or, at least, the power of belief is not
sufficient to create an energetic
pattern in our field that will create our sense of reality by holding our
beliefs together.
It is certainly true that you can believe something and not have a vested
interest in it. For example,
you might believe that there are potatoes available for sale in your
supermarket, but this would
not affect your life greatly. Unless, that is, you add ingredients, and then
you have
a recipe for a disaster or a miracle.
What then are these powerful ingredients that make the energy pattern stick
together and
appear as real in your world?
You need three ingredients...!
1st- a belief
2nd- a judgment about the belief, either good or bad (it doesn't matter
which)
3rd- a series of consequences and effects produced by this belief (either
nightmarish, or with a dream-like effect)
The power of this complete recipe is that now you should be able to manage
anything that comes into your reality!
Knowing these three ingredients, you know how to create a "reality" and you
also know how to
dis-create it... to release it!
For example, when you want to release the energy pattern of a certain
reality, simply change the three ingredients.
The results in your consciousness will change correspondingly:
1- Release the belief. (Change the way you think about the issue).
2- Release the judgment on the belief. (Allow yourself to be more accepting
of it until you totally accept what is).
3- Accept the consequences by releasing the judgment on what you think and
imagine the consequences of this could be.
Now, the opposite is also true:
When you want to create a pattern in your field:
1- Create a belief that is in alignment with what you want to create.
(Choose a thought and begin thinking it more
and more until you believe it).
2- Have a very positive judgment about it. (Feel how good it is to believe
this !!!)
3- Think and feel the marvelous consequences this will bring in your life.
(Visualize your
world with this reality created... as if it was already manifested).
Notice that the judgment, the middle ingredient, is actually the glue of the
creation... the ingredient
which sticks everything together!
When you release the judgment you can change the belief and accept not only
what is, but also the imagined consequences.
When you judge the belief and you judge the consequences then you have a
recipe for a stable creation. Stable creations are most often called
patterns, and are those which,
for better or worse, bring into your life 'more of the
same'.
It is very important that you realize that what keeps all creations stable
is the glue... the secret
ingredient: your judgment!
Judgment of good and bad is the glue for all of our creations!
You may wonder if you can have any power over the judgments you have on
life.
The good news is that Yes! you can actually train your brain to release
judgments
at will!
I'll teach you how to train your brain to release judgments next week.
Then you will be ready to create what you truly prefer in 2008!
Have a wonderful Christmas!
