Visualization for Dummies
I don't know about you, but I have a truly difficult
time
visualizing my goals. I especially struggle to stay
focused on them for more than a few seconds or a "New York
minute" as they say here.
So my heart may have been shooting a rocket of desire in
this way because...
A few weeks ago one of my clients gave me the solution on a
plateau! She shared with me four simple questions she asked
herself to help her create vivid visualizations of her dreams.
I find them so practical and useful that I have incorporated them
into my daily routine.
I ponder these questions every morning as I walk the dog
and again at night to help me fall asleep.
Before I share them with you, choose a
specific subject of interest.
Ask yourself: "What exactly do I want to create?
More money, a successful business, a loving and caring relationship...?"
Be as specific as possible without feeling discomfort and
anxiety. (Anxiety is aroused by contradictory beliefs;
you can use your favorite belief management process to clear
them or learn one of the quickest methods to dissolve negative
thoughts in my e-book: M-Power*).
Above all, make certain that thinking about your creation
makes you feel great! We're looking for good vibes here.
And as a reminder, this process is not about
"working hard" to create something; your source energy is
already experiencing and living what you are dreaming about!
(As Abraham-Hicks explains, you have asked, and it is
immediately given... at a vibrational/thought-form level.)
This process allows you to enter alignment with what
is already waiting for you in vibrational form (Step Three of
the Abraham-Hicks process). It is about permitting manifestation
of the physical/visible form by sending the same vibrational message.
This happens when you think the same thoughts and you feel the
same way your source feels.
It is about forgetting the "apparent" truth... the present situation...
and truly believing in your dream.
This is how you allow the new reality to come into existence.
Once you believe, know, and enjoy the fact that it is
already coming into your reality, then the universe is obligated to
deliver it. It is law! Perhaps a type of Universal "Fed-Ex".
So here we go! Let's get you into alignment.
Focus on your creation and ask yourself these four simple questions:
1- What can you visualize that proves you have achieved this?
2- What can you hear others saying that shows your creation is reality?
3- What do hear yourself saying to them in reply?
4- What are you feeling in your heart and soul that shows you already
achieved this dream?
I scheduled some time last week to do this exercise.
I easily spent twenty minutes or more describing all I saw, heard,
said, and felt! It was so much fun and it helped me define
ever so much more clearly my true desires.
I had become an expert in visualization! No effort involved!
Amazing.
Since then, I have experienced fabulous shifts of vibration and
found answers to most of my important questions. I have
received missing information I and have been inspired toward
the implementation of a ingenious plan for my real estate business.
If you think you need the "Visualization for Dummies" book, don't
spend a dime. You will become an expert quite instantaneously with these
four simple questions!
