“My goal for the year was a 40% increase in the
number of yoga sessions per month, but it’s only February and I have already
achieved my goal! I did it in the first month!”
When Joy came to see me, she was struggling to get her yoga center off the
ground. “It was like an uphill battle,” she says.
“As I look back, I can definitely see that since we began working together
in June, I changed my attitude about the center and began to think bigger. I
shifted my mind and began to believe that I am a success. And it is now
true! Seven months later, I have reached and exceeded all my goals for the
year. My goal was to increase the number of yoga sessions per month this
year by 40%, but it’s only February and I have already achieved it! I did it
in the first month! This is incredible. It is fantastic. You align me with
my goals, and it is created. I love it!

Jenny went from $8,000 of
sales per month to $100,000 per month!
The day after the
session she sold $7,000, then $7,900, then the third day $12,000, and she
ended up doing $45,000 for the month in just one week.
Jenny came to see me because she was about to be fired. For three months she
had not been able to sell much. She was the worst salesperson in the store.
The last straw that made her come to see me was when the store had a sale
and she was the only one who didn’t sell a thing that day! She was desperate
because she needed to succeed in order for her to be able to finance her
dream business she had been creating with my help: her first children’s
cloth collection—Jennifer Robin!
We then did an alignment session where the goal was “I am selling for
$43,000 dollars a months.” She wanted to make the 1% bonus. At the beginning
of the session, this goal felt totally out of reach—as she had never sold
more than $8,000 a month before.
At the end of the session, Jenny was totally clear and confident that she
could do it, but she now had only one more week before the end of the month.
The next day she sold $7,000, then $7,900, then $12,000…she ended up doing
$45,000 for the month in just one week, and therefore earned the bonus!!!
A few months later, Jenny sent me the following e-mail:
July 18th 2006
Hey girl…..just wanted to give you an update….So far I have the highest
sales in the store….I have already hit the first bonus level (last week)….I
will definitely hit the 3% bonus again this month…..I got a card from a
customer thanking me for great customer service…..Jennifer Robin is rolling
along at a very productive pace…..It’s ALL GOOD!!!!!! I am treating myself
to a massage to remove that “special” thing from my back…….Banjo is
great!!!!! I saw a friend this evening who asked “what are you doing? You
look great!!! I can feel all your positive energy!!!!” I have my moments,
but most of the time I’m GREAT!!!!!! It’s like being 10 and on your bike at
the beach in summer!!!! Thanks so much for teaching me that I can have ALL

Below is the series of e-mails I received from Jenny throughout the month!
Thanks Colette. Today I sold over $7,000 of furniture. The total for the
store was $7400. I am very blessed. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you…….I may

Hey Colette!!!! Hope you are enjoying the long weekend…..I worked
today…..sold $12,207. I only need $3000 more to make my goal and bonus. I

Jennie came to see me a month later. She was now the top seller in the
store. The manager was thinking of promoting her to a top position.
Then Jenny got some bad news from her family, and on Monday, she didn’t sell
a thing. She came on Tuesday to stop the hemorrhage!
Today was better than I expected….I was quite relaxed….sold $2790…..I’m
almost to the bonus!!!!!!! Should start seeing a big increase in the pay
day…..I have a fantastic lead on an apartment building. Today they called to
increase their order. My boss says, “It will be a good sale if it ever
happens.”….I replied, “I will close the sale on the day I need it the most.”
It’s so much fun knowing the “SECRET”. Another girl at work is very
stressed. She is asking me a lot of questions about stress management. The
Universe is preparing another client for you…….. Take care….I’ll email when

Same month…
Hey Lady…..I ended July very well at the store. I hit the 3% Bonus
level!!!!!!!!! I go about 18 hours a day….between work and my business. .

Today I sold $9,206…..top sales in the store. YEAH!!!!!!!!! Jenny

I will be working on something for you…it may take a couple of days. I
already have over $40,000 in sales for the month….it’s only the
4th!!!!!!!!!! This is getting funnier and funnier. I never in a million
years thought it would be this…..Everyone at work is asking “what are you
doing?”…… “Can your lady come to the store and tap on all of us?” Customers
are starting to say things like… “We know there are other stores, but we
wanted to buy from you”……. “We liked working with you and wanted to buy from
you”…… “We wanted to be loyal to you.” This is a huge reward because it is
very important to me that they feel respected and honored when they shop
with me. I never want them to feel like a “customer” or a pay day. The laws
of attraction are true and working…..just like gravity. See you tomorrow.

Jane: “An expert is not supposed to ask for money. An expert is supposed to
give away her knowledge!”
Jane is a doctor, researcher, who has been known for years in her field of
expertise. Now she has created a line of unique services and products and is
the founder of a small international company.
She called me because she had a very important sales meeting, and wanted to
be ready for it. She wanted to be able to sell more easily. She thought that
she was not pushy enough.
At first nothing clearly seemed to be blocking her from succeeding. But
after more exploration, we found out the core limiting belief: “Experts are
not supposed to ask for money, or to make a lot of money!” And because Jane
still saw herself as an expert, she felt at odd whenever she was in a sales
position.
She had no problem presenting her unique services, because she new they were
fantastic and would save millions of dollars to these companies, but she was
not able to get into the “sales person” skin when she needed to.
She also couldn’t ask for the price that her services were worth and was
often losing money on her deals.
As we explored her vision and mission in life to see if there was any
misalignment with her being in business, it became clear that she had a
dream. She wanted to help homeless people and create homeless shelters.
So, now the goal was for us to align her value of generosity with the value
of making profit. When she realized that she was trying to save money for
some fo the richest companies on earth and was therefore delaying the
establishment of her foundation for homeless, it suddenly made sense to ask
for money and really make as much of a profit as possible. Both values could
be reconciled. She could earn a lot and be generous, too.
Releasing this inner conflict is helping her and her company make a lot more
profit.
Jane went to her meeting and it went very well…the best she was hoping for:
a contract for every European country!
